BEABA BABYCOOK REVIEW

Beaba is a French company of products for infants, created in 1989, with quality products easy to use, really innovative, with a modern design and ergonomic shapes (for both mother and child).
One of the leading products of the French company is Babycook, a small steamer cooker and blender.

It really helps in the preparation of meals thanks to its multi-function system: steam cooking, blending, defrosting and reheating.  Steaming ensures a healthy and natural cuisine , in fact the vitamins and minerals are preserved. The degree of blending can also be chosen by us and modulated based on age ( and on the teething and chewing ability ) of the child.

We received as baptism gift , but unfortunately we treated it badly ( dropped countless times and put the glass of the mixer in the dishwasher, which I do not recommend because it deforms up) and so after a few months we repurchased with an offer on Prenatal website (you can find it also on Amazon).

Even now that Sissi is 20 months and eats everything , even “adult food”, I use it every day: a smoothie , a vegetable soup for the evening , a  potatoes and green beans cream, a steamed plaice …. for a busy mom who works from home like me, is a true ally because it has not only fast cooking (15 minutes), but also it turns off automatically when the cooking is finished, taking hot the food…  if you are working to your PC in another room, you don’t burn anything!

In these months I have cooked everything in it:  homogenized fruit, meat and fish homogenized and then frozen in single portions, tomato sauce, vegetables, legumes, smoothies … I also buyed the rice cooker, but I’ve used very little… while I use daily the multiportions: cute, design and practical because silicone does not stick and eject the portion in a second like an ice cube!

Babycook comes with spatula, cover for blending and booklet of recipes (French recipes are a little different than our patterns of weaning, but it is worth to try them anyway!).
It is of course without Bisfenol A, in accordance with the legislation.

How do you prepare the lunches for your kids?
