Dancing in the Grass AW17/18: new kids outfit in the beautiful landscape of southern Sweden

Keep things simple!
Enjoy and treasure nature.

Go outside.
Smell the flowers.

Eat an apple.
Smile …

Dresses with a philosophy, with a strong and important message: in a few words this is the concept behind the Swedish brand Dancing in the Grass (and if you want to know more you can read this article).

The style is always casual: kids outfits that you can wear for school. There are also more feminine pieces, like some dresses, especially the Swan Dress (you’ve seen worn by Sissi during the fashion shows at last Pitti Bimbo).

Autumn/winter 2017/18 collection of Dancing in the Grass has a rich palette of colors that are becoming increasingly trendy, such as green, brown/caramel, salmon. Alongside these, inevitable pink and white/black. The brand’s hallmark prints, mixing designed prints to digital prints of fruit and vegetables: so mushrooms are combined with chandeliers, flowers with filaments of Saffron and melons take the form of balloons. The result is high quality garments (certified GOTS organic cotton) and good manufacturing (all production is made in Portugal): let your children choose their favorite print!

Sissi chose pink sweatshirt and leggings, on which lipsticks combine with golden apples. We decided to shoot this kids outfit in Sweden and we couldn’t do not immerse these colors and this print in a golden wheat field, in contrast with the blue sky and white clouds, almost painted. We are close to Glimmingenhus, one of the best preserved castles of Sweden, a few kilometres north-east from Ystad: it was an intense emotion for me taking these pictures, with an outfit from Dancing in the Grass just in Sweden, home of the brand.
