As far as us moms strive to find new brands, natural materials, beautiful lines and modern models… every child falls in love with the classic t-shirt with his favorite Disney character. And us moms capitulate, often at the expense of quality and design.
We have discovered a brand that has been able to interpret the Disney magic and combine it with quality garments, that respond perfectly to our letkidsbekids philosophy: I’m talking about the Danish brand Wheat.

Wheat is a Danish brand, founded in 2002 by Charlotte and Peter Galsgaard. I met personally Charlotte, Wheat’s designer, at CIFF Kids in Copenhagen and I could talk with her about the Scandinavian style of her brand, which is reflected in the color palette and in a great attention to the quality of materials and good manufacture.
For Charlotte, the focus of Wheat are children: mom of 3, she knows perfectly the needs and requirements of kids when dressing!
Wheat Disney and Wheat Marvel: when your favorite character can become really fashion
The main collection of Wheat is really wide and goes from baby to junior (up to 12 years) through clothing, underwear, sleepwear, bedding and accessories.
The collections in collaboration with Disney and Marvel are in my opinion a showpiece for Wheat with a truly unique style. We’re finally talking about quality clothing, with refined taste!
Disney characters become almost unique in allover prints or painted on t-shirts, sweaters, dresses, leggings: sweet and delicate, they combine and coordinate with the distinctive colors of each character and become FINALLY fashion, wearable, not naff like prints that we usually see at the supermarket or in low-cost brands’ collections.
Prices are not out of reach: especially considering the great quality of the garments, prices remain allowable. Everything can be coordinated according to the preferred character, from Bambi to Cars. Especially for boys, in the section dedicated to the Marvel Superheroes, moms can really be satisfied: with Wheat the battle against bad taste is easily won!
Disney clothes for kids: a special outfit kids in Disneyland Paris
Just in Disneyland Paris, Sissi wore a total look signed Wheat: we were the only blog and mini-blogger representative for Italy for Rundisney 2017 and we spent the afternoon before the rides in Disney Parks. Tinkerbell of Wheat accompany us: a delicate design that settles on a powder pink background with golden glitter lights reflections. The t-shirt and leggings match the cardigan in knitted cotton, slightly over, from the main collection of Wheat, which incorporates the same pink with gold trim and that both myself and Sissi adore and we used so much because it is feminine and very versatile.
Striped socks with Tinkerbell and the derby fringed with metal finish from Andrea Morelli complete the look.
