Emilio Pucci Kids AW20/21
Season after season, Emilio Pucci strengthens its identity by declining prints and colors in a surprising game of intarsi and chromatic combinations.
Emilio Pucci Kids AW20/21
Emilio Pucci’s autumn-winter 2020/21 collection refers to the main moments of a little girl’s day with proposals from the sports allure to elegant clothes for special occasions. Two prints selected from the Pucci archive, revisited in a cheerful and colorful version, Heliconia and Monreale, while the MiniMe translates the Siren theme of the woman’s ready-to-wear collection.
Heliconia’s sinuous petals in different shades of blue and orange, along with black and white, rest on the bouclé wool coat and on the tiles of the viscose and wool mohair garments. The glossy-opaque strip with floral overprinting is for the vaporous chemisier and for the knitted cuffs. Patterns placed on dresses in soft jacquard, while the shorter dress, in sweatshirt, combines pink with all-over interventions. The large, important flower shines on the nylon “mirror” of the warm down jacket, while the logo becomes the decorative element of tops and sweatshirts that alternate pink with coral. A touch of light and bright silver covers the entire collection thanks to the use of embroidery and screenprints.
The precious geometries of the Monreale theme decorate the elegant dress moved by fringes or become a print placed on dresses, skirts and blouses in plissé crepes combined with jersey or velvet. The satin with all over print alternates the Milan point gray mélange in the dress with a straight line. The logo returns in different shapes and sizes adding a note of irony and lightness in the two-tone sweatshirts, duvets that match the nylon in solid color to the printed one or becomes a band logged in the beading of blouson in double technical fabric, in the wrists of the dresses or in the gaiters. The color palette with fuxia, coral and cyclamen underlines the sparkling and energetic rhythm of the collection.
The MiniMe explores Siren in delicate shades of blue and gold yellow, combined with black and white, printed crepe dresses and blouses or sequin fabric.
