How to dress kids in spring? The answer is only one: layers!

I repeat for years and, given the changes in temperature during the last days, it is also a suggestion that I repeat to myself. We made shopping for the new season and we look forward to put away the old garments and use new-smelling clothes… But we would like to avoid colds, so layers are a must.

For her outfit Sissi chose two pieces that ultimately we like to combine: a light dress, even short sleeved, with a contrasting (or similar colors) sweatshirt. I particularly like this mix of femininity and casual. It’s more casual than usual outfit with cardigans and more comfortable compared to having a set with t-shirt (or shirt or blouse) and a skirt: what do you think?

We chose a thin cotton sweater from Zadig et Voltaire Kids (you can take a look at the new season SS17 in this article), rock style, combined with one of our favorite models from Mini Rodini. This kimono dress has a comfortable fit, that enhances any physicality, and girls like it because of the wide sleeves, like birds’ wings. The print of the dress is a celebration of spring, played with the unique style of Mini Rodini: so the flowers are alive and have eyes and mouth! We added socks from the new Disney collection of Calzedonia Kids and Adidas Stan Smith in the new SS2017 color: gold!
