Eating at Southbank in London: OXO Tower Restaurant

Southbank has always been a place for art and design. This area of London is dedicated to entertainment, with museums, theaters, restaurants, attractions, while the North area of the Thames has always been dedicated to financial, governmental and monarchical assets. At Southbank you will find Tate Modern, the Globe and OXO, an atypical mall that aggregates in a unique place design, fashion and craft shops.

The heart of the area is the OXO Tower and the location is a must if you want a restaurant with a view in London

Located at the top of the Oxo Tower, at its eighth floor, OXO Tower Restaurant belongs to the “family” of Harvey Nichols’ restaurants. A guarantee!
The resturant is modern and spacious: large windows and a not-claustrophobic table arrangement give a feeling of space and breath all around you.
You can choose the tables inside or, weather permitting, the tables on the terrace.
The view is superb: the majestic dome of St Paul’s Cathedral will be the first to catch your eye. The view provides the Thames with its bridge – Blackfriars Bridge and Millennium Bridge are very close – and in the distance you will see the skyscrapers of the City.
The OXO Tower Restaurant menu varies depending on the season and provides various options (sea, meat and vegan), all cooked in a creative and modern way. For lunch you can also opt for a 3-course choice menu.
For children you will find a special kid menu, and also special attention and entertainment that make your meal enjoyable for everyone: for your little ones first, but also for you and for the other diners.
