Puella Petite AW16: from handmade to heartmade

Barbara Barbantini created Puella in 1999, when exploring the artistic possibilities of the fusion between the visual arts and fashion, she started to make her first bijoux. Unique numbered pieces, made from vintage bijoux, French lace, crystal, old fabrics stuck in metal frames with a romantic style, making treasure of memory.

Then Barbara becomes mom and, as often happens, motherhood accentuates her creativity so she also moves to kids fashion. She maintains her romantic mood and creates delicate vintage dresses, blouses and coats and so many accessories that make Puella Petite one brand of its kind.

The brand is selected trought the eight finalists of WHO’S ON NEXT?, the first edition of the contest for uncovering new talents in children’s fashion by Pitti Immagine, Altaroma and Vogue Bambini.

Here’s Puella Petite AW16 collection, shot in Berlin by the talented Emily Kornya with models Lara and Mira-Linn, that shows us precious caps and delicate flowery headband.
