It was in these times, there was Christmas in the air and Sissi was just a baby… During a sunday walking around the Christmas market, we noticed a beautiful stand with exposure of many dolls from MY DOLL. My Sissi was just 10 months, but she was soon attracted by a sweet little doll dressed all in red, with hair of wool and a sweet smiling face: the love for this brand of dolls was born, and I think it will last very much! Our collection is now stopped for 3 dolls, but with Christmas we expect it will expand! 😉 Here they are. In 1996, starting with the idea to combine playful and pedagogical aspects was created “My Doll”, the original fabric doll (100% wool and cotton), handmade and created using only natural materials and environmentally friendly, in line with current EEC regulations . All “My Doll” products are characterized by a heart (love symbol) and a star (symbol of dreams). They are distinctive and traceable in the graphics of the brand and they want to bring together adults and children. They are sweet dolls, each has its own characteristic that inspires the personality, so Sissi and I gave each one a name and invented the story of each… until they came to our house, where they live happily together with the other toys! Era di questi tempi, c’era aria di Natale nell’aria e Sissi era piccolina… una domenica facendo un giro al mercatino di Natale, notammo un bellissimo stand con l’esposizione di tante bambole MY DOLL. La mia Sissi aveva appena 10 mesi, ma fu subito attratta da una dolce bambolina tutta vestita di rosso, con i capelli di lana ed il viso dolce e sorridente: era nato un amore per questo brand di bambole, che credo durerà ancora molto!La nostra collezione è per ora ferma a 3 bambole, ma con le feste di Natale prevediamo possa ampliarsi! 😉

Un po’ di storia
Nel 1996, partendo dall’idea di coniugare gli aspetti ludici e quelli pedagogici, nasce “My Doll”, l’originale Bambola in tessuto (100% lana e cotone), fatta a mano e realizzata utilizzando solo materiali naturali ed ecologici in linea con le vigenti normative CEE.
Nel corso del tempo lo stile si è evoluto portando alla creazione di bambole sempre più curate e particolareggiate.
Sono nate dalla filosofia My Doll anche altre linee parallele alla bambola, come: habitat per la bambola, oggettistica, articolo da regalo e baby enfant.
Perchè ci piace
Tutti i prodotti “My Doll”, sono caratterizzati da un cuore (simbolo dell’amore) ed una stellina (simbolo dei sogni). Si tratta di segni distintivi, rintracciabili nella grafica del marchio, che vogliono accomunare grandi e bambini.
L’utilizzo di materiali completamente naturali e la realizzazione fatta esclusivamente a mano, in modo artigianale, rendono i personaggi e gli oggetti di “My Doll” unici ed inimitabili.
Lo stile è ricercato, romantico e richiama alla mente vissuti di altri tempi, dove il rapporto uomo-natura era l’elemento fondamentale, e l’amore per i valori di un tempo: quali il rapporto con la famiglia ed il rispetto per la natura, riuscendo in questo modo a stimolare la fantasia e la creatività propria di ogni bambino.
Sono bambole dolcissime, ognuna ha una propria caratteristica che ne ispira la personalità e così io e Sissi abbiamo dato a ciascuna un nome ed inventato la storia di ciascuna… finchè non sono arrivate a casa nostra, dove vivono felici assieme agli altri giocattoli!
