POLPETTINE DI POLLO
L’alimentazione di Sissi sta cambiando e diventa sempre più simile alla nostra, quando mi dedico a piatti classici (non sushi, non etnici, piccanti o speziati), cerco di evitare grassi e dolci/cioccolato/fritti e compro per quanto possibile alimenti di stagione e bio… Sissi ha messo i denti tardissimo: primo dente a 8 mesi, secondo a 10… ora li ha ovviamente tutti, ma è un po’ indietro nella capacità di masticazione. Il petto di pollo rimane sempre un po’ stoppaccioso: Sissi non lo ama particolarmente, e a dire il vero neanche mio marito! The feeding of Sissi is changing and becoming more and more similar to ours, when I cook classic dishes (not sushi, not ethnic, spicy or chili) I try to avoid fats and sweets/chocolate/fried foods and buy as much as possible season vegetables/fruits and bio … Sissi has teeth very late: first tooth at 8 months, second tooth at 10 months… now she has all of them of course, but it is a bit ‘ back in the ability to chew. The chicken breast is always a bit wad so Sissi did not particularly like , and indeed not even my husband!

La mia ricetta dei muffin (questa qui con le sue varianti qui) è stata pubblicata nella sezione Cucina su Bigodino.it!
Ne sono orgogliosissima, anche perchè potete usarla come dolcetto da fare last second in queste feste, magari lasciandole decorare ai vostri bimbi o con pasta di zucchero! My recipe for muffins (this one with its variants here) was published in the Food section of Bigodino.it! I’m so proud, because you can also use it as a last second dessert to make in these holidays, maybe decorated by your children or with sugar paste!

MUFFINS PART#2: vari gusti di muffin da preparare in un lampo
I’ve already given the recipe here… But in this post I wanted to add the variations on the theme that I have experienced: – Wholemeal flour: replace all the flour with 225 grams of wheat flour… wonderful because it has even fewer calories when combined with Stevia… I would recommend it to mothers on a diet (or even their children!) – Blueberries: instead of chocolate powder and drops add 125 grams of fresh blueberries (which is just a pan that you can find at the counter of fruit at supermarket) … – Banana: instead of chocolate powder and add 2 drops very ripe bananas mashed – Banana and chocolate: as above but delete only the chocolate chips – Apples: instead of chocolate powder and drops add 1 apple (any kind is fine) cutted into small cubes – Apples and cinnamon: as above but with a handful of cinnamon – Cappuccino: instead of chocolate powder and drops add an espresso – Mokaccino: original recipe with the addition of an espresso – White: no chocolate powder and drops and add one packet more of vanillin These are the versions that I’ve tried … and I have to say that they go like hot cakes ! With tea, with coffee, alone … Sissi eat them (obviously not the coffee!) and their nutritional intake is right and much better than a thousand packaged crap . We absolutely loved the brand by Tracey Samuel, a soft and elegant design, colorful and cheerful, good quality … with cashmere washable by machine at 55 ° C!
2) LOUISE MISHA: abbiamo amato tantissimo anche questo to brand tutto parigino ideato da Aurelie Remetter e Marie Pidancet: splendidi abiti ed accessori che ci buttano in un mondo romantico e nostalgico… We also really loved this Parisian brand designed by Aurelie Remetter and Marie Pidancet: beautiful clothes and accessories that throw us in a world of nostalgia and romanticism…
3) MINI RODINI MON CHERI COLLECTION: non abbiamo resistito alla collezione pre-primavera 2014 chiamata “Mon Cheri”, piccola collezione esclusiva con colori che fanno pensare già alla primavera. Abbiamo acquistato 3 pezzi, anche se in realtà avremmo tranquillamente potuto acquistare l’intera collezione! we could not resist the pre-spring 2014 collection called “Mon Cheri”, a small exclusive collection with colors that makes you already thinking about spring. We purchased 3 pieces, even though in reality we could easily buy the whole collection!
4) MYCHILDWORLD: ancora una idea meravigliosa! Un unico sito dove scegliere, abbinare, condividere…. e anche comprare! L’abbiamo così definito ed amato il mese scorso e continuiamo ad amarlo anche in questo mese! In più c’è un bellissimo concorso di Natale “Dear Santa by…” che finirà domani… chi vincerà? still a wonderful idea! A unique site where you can choose, combine, share …. and also to buy! We have thus defined the last month and loved and continue to love this website in this month! 5) MUFFIN: li amiamo da sempre, ma abbiamo condiviso la nostra super rapida e semplice ricetta. Abbiamo dato la ricetta di quelli al cioccolato, ma in realtà potete fare mille variazioni sul tema: al posto del cioccolato aggiungere mirtilli, o mele, o banana e cannella, o cioccolato e banana, o caffè, o farina integrale… insomma una ricetta per mille delizie! we love them forever, but we shared our super quick and easy recipe. Questa ricetta è sia una ricetta per grandi e bambini, che un MUM’S TREAT perchè questi muffin sono ottimi se accompagnati da una tazza di tè (o anche da un buon caffè)!
La ricetta è quella della mia amata (o meglio venerata!) Nigella Lawson ed è tratta dal suo libro Feast.
Sono veloci da fare ed altrettanto veloci da mangiare!
Con queste quantità potete fare 12 muffin normali o 6 maxi-muffin, dipende dai vostri gusti!
